This Privacy Policy explains how Estatic Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you download and play the mobile game (the "App" or "Game"). By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
At a glance
- No sign-up or login. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or payment details.
- Your game progress is saved only on your device. We do not run servers that receive it.
- The App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may collect your device's advertising ID and related data.
- All rupees, prizes, winnings and coins are virtual. No real money is used, won or withdrawn.
- We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
None. The App has no account, registration or login, and does not ask you to enter personal information. If you choose to email us, we will receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to reply to you.
1.2 Game data stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the App saves the following locally on your device:
- Game progress: levels unlocked, stars, virtual coins, experience points (XP), rank and achievements
- Game statistics: games played, correct answers, best streak, best prize and Daily Challenge streak
- A list of quiz questions you have already seen, so questions are not repeated
- Settings: sound, music and vibration on/off, and that you accepted the in-game Acknowledgement
This data stays on your device. It is not uploaded to us, and we cannot see it.
1.3 Information collected automatically by third parties
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to show advertisements. When ads are requested or shown, Google may automatically collect information such as:
- Device identifiers: the Android Advertising ID, or on iOS the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV)
- IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate (coarse) location
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language and app version
- Ad interaction data, such as ads viewed or tapped, and ad performance and diagnostic data
This information is collected and processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy (see section 3). We do not receive your Advertising ID or IP address in a form that identifies you.
2. How information is used
- To run the Game: on-device data saves your progress, settings and question history.
- To show ads: Google uses the data in section 1.3 to deliver, measure and improve ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and prevent fraud.
- To support you: if you email us, we use your message to respond.
- To comply with law: where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App is free to play and is supported by ads. It shows interstitial ads (full-screen ads between questions) and rewarded ads (an optional video you may watch for a "Second Chance"). Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice.
Ads are provided by Google LLC. To learn how Google uses data, please see:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

App Tracking Transparency (iPhone and iPad)
On iOS, the first time the App starts, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asks whether the App may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose Allow, Google AdMob may use your IDFA to show more relevant ads. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the IDFA is not shared and you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised using it. The Game works the same either way. You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Controlling personalised ads
Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (usually Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on your device).
iOS: you can turn off tracking as described above, and limit Apple's own personalised ads in Settings › Privacy & Security › Apple Advertising.
Both: you can manage Google ad settings at https://adssettings.google.com. You will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may be asked for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time.
4. App permissions
The App requests only the permissions it needs. It does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location or files.
Android
| Permission | Why it is used |
|---|---|
| Internet, Network state | To load and show ads, and to open the Play Store page when you tap "Rate App". |
Advertising ID (AD_ID) and Android Ad Services | Used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads, as described in section 3. |
| Vibrate | For short vibration feedback on answers and the timer. You can turn this off in the game's Settings. |
| Wake lock, Foreground service | Added by the ads library for reliable ad playback. The App does not run in the background for any other purpose. |
iOS
| Permission | Why it is used |
|---|---|
| App Tracking Transparency (optional) | Asks whether Google AdMob may use your IDFA for personalised ads, as described in section 3. Ads still show if you decline. |
On iOS the App also uses an internet connection to show ads, and haptic (vibration) feedback that you can turn off in the game's Settings. Neither of these needs a permission prompt.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information may be shared only:
- With Google AdMob, as part of showing ads (section 3);
- When you choose to share: the "Share" button opens your device's share menu with a short text message about the game. You choose the app and person it is sent to; we do not receive it;
- If required by law, regulation, court order or a government request, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or us;
- As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to any information transferred.
6. Virtual currency, no real money
- All rupee amounts, prizes, winnings, coins and points shown in the Game are virtual and have no real-world value.
- No real money is involved. You cannot deposit, pay, bet or win real money.
- Virtual winnings, coins and points cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash, gifts or any other reward.
- The App does not offer in-app purchases and does not collect payment information.
- The App is not a gambling, betting or lottery app, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any TV show, channel or broadcaster.
7. Data retention and deletion
- On-device game data is kept until you delete it. You can erase it at any time by using Settings › Reset Progress in the Game, by clearing the App's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the App.
- Advertising data collected by Google is retained according to Google's policies. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings at any time.
- Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and then deleted unless the law requires us to keep them.
Because we do not store your game data on our servers, there is no account to delete. If you have any data deletion request, contact us at the email below and we will help.
8. Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Security
Game data is stored in the App's private storage on your device, which other apps cannot normally read, and the save file is checked for tampering. Ad requests made by the Google Mobile Ads SDK are sent over encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for users in the EEA/UK, the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance or complaint.
- Your game data is on your device and fully under your control (see section 7).
- You can control ad personalisation in your device and Google settings (see section 3).
- For any other request, email us. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
11. Third-party services and links
The App may open services we do not control, such as the Google Play Store ("Rate App") and your device's share menu, and shows ads from third-party advertisers. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party services.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, may also notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
